Pic-nic
The Maremma Collinare is famous for its genuine produce which growns in the territory fertile soil. The area is spotted with small farms, most of which are family-owned and run and specialise in the production of organic produce grown using ancient farming methods. Our picnics are organised around the freshest produce, all of which come from local farms found in the area. We pay to particular attention in preparing your picnic basket to ensure you get a real taste of the local products. Picnic can be organised for singles or groups and everything you need can be collected from our Just in Toscana office or delivered to your chosen destination or accomodation. The basic picnic basket costs €10 and includes:
1. Two bread rolls filled with your choice of cheese (Pecorini, Cow’s milk cheese, Fresh or Age Goat’s Cheese) and cold cut (pork or game)
2. A box of local biscuits
3. A glass jar of locally-made jam
4. 1/2 litre bottle of water of 0.33 cl bottle of wine
