Cooking Courses

Training and courses on the typical cuisine of the Maremma and Alta Tuscia

Held in the picturesque scenery of the Caterini Castle, the cooking courses are conducted by Chandra Sina, a chef with many years of national and international experience, who will ensure you learn the most modern culinary techniques whilst respecting the traditions of the territory.

The courses are a mix of theory and practice. They begin with a description of the raw ingredients and an explanation of the recipe process before participants can try their hand at preparing different dishes for their own dinner under the guidance of Chef Sina.

Included in the various courses is the chance to try local products including wines, cheeses and cured meats.

At the end of the course you will be given a certificate of participation and a CD with the recipes and photographs of your course.
