The Terme di Sorano Thermal Spa is hidden in the hills of the Maremma, in the Citta del Tufo area. The residence has 30 apartments and 10 villas and is completely immersed in the green valleys from which the thermal river flows. Each room has been designed with the utmost respect for the environment and furnished in the style of Tuscany and the territory. Open spaces, carefully-designed and effortlessly ideal for those looking for a little bit of peace and tranquillity. All the apartments have a kitchen, private bathroom and other additional services. Depending on your needs, you can choose a one, two or three room apartment or a villa with a minimum of four to a maximum of 10 beds. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor sports pool, with cold water, and thermal pool, with naturally warm water, two hydromassage waterfalls that wash away the stress and another shallow pool reserved for little kids. At the spa next to the thermal pool trained beauty therapists can be booked for massages and pampering treatments. The Terme di Sorano Thermal Spa is perfect for anyone: couples, groups, families. And guests can rent mountain-bikes, book guided tours through the ancient streets of the Tufo Rock Cities and the Etruscan necropolises, organise tastings along the wine trails and trips to Amiata Mountain, Bolsena Lake and the Argentario Sea, all from within the residence itself.
The apartments
In an untouched corner of the Tuscan Maremma are 30 apartments, four of which are inside the historic main building, while the rest have been built inside 10 villas, which have been built around the old church and thermal source and which seamlessly blend into the surrounding countryside. Only a short distance from Sorano and Pitigliano, these independent apartments have been built with respect for the territory’s traditions and furnished in typical Tuscan style to create a welcoming and warm atmosphere, which allows you to relax without having to forsake any of life’s little comforts. Every apartment has its own private bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen and a large terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Each apartment also has a spacious patio and garden and can vary depending on the needs and wants of each guest.
